Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Cutvora TileCraft at cutvora.bond (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

Purchases & Access

Each course purchase grants a single user 12 months of access. Sharing accounts or content externally is not permitted. Group licensing is available via written agreement.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if under 20% of the course has been completed. Contact support to request a refund.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service, probe or disrupt systems, or infringe on intellectual property. Respect applicable laws and third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All content, including text, assessments, and downloadable checklists, is owned by Cutvora TileCraft or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.

Disclaimers

Training content is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Always follow manufacturer instructions and local building codes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cutvora TileCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
